Erin Woolman
Erin Woolman, MS, LIMHP is trained in and utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting for trauma resolution. She also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in her approaches. She embraces the importance of combining a variety of methods in order to find the modalities that best suit the needs of each individual. She has experience working with trauma, dissociation, grief, attachment, suicidal ideations, self-harm, anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulty among other issues. Erin received her bachelor’s degree at Creighton University in 2014 and completed her master’s degree at the University of Nebraska at Omaha for clinical mental health counseling in 2018.
