Lindsay Kruse
Lindsay Kruse, MS, LIMHP, LPC is a licensed independent mental health practitioner, independent contractor, and partner with The Attachment and Trauma Center of Nebraska. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Nebraska and has been providing therapy to individuals, couples, and groups for over 15 years.
Each of us has a history that brings us to where we are today; we cannot change what has happened to us, but we can learn ways to minimize the impact and take back our power. Lindsay has found her passion in helping people to stop feeling stuck in a rut. We can get caught up doing the same thing everyday hoping for different results. Have you found yourself impulsively saying or doing things that you wish you could take back? Do you turn to food, drugs, or alcohol to deal with your life? Are stress and worrying making it difficult to accomplish even the simplest goals? If you are struggling with low self-esteem, or life seems hopeless, Lindsay is ready to help.
With training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Brainspotting (BSP), Lindsay utilizes a strengths-based and holistic approach that can help you change how you think, feel, and act. As you discover what is getting in your way and keeping you stuck, Lindsay will help you find the solutions to radically change your life.
No matter what may bring you through the door, Lindsay will treat you with compassion and understanding and create a safe place for you to begin building the life that you want to live.
