I believe we find healing through connection with ourselves and connection with others. Therapy is a brave commitment to making sense of our past and present to move into a future that aligns more closely with the goals and hopes of each person. Through an attuned and non-judgmental stance and using decades of experience and training, I work with children, teens, adults, and families to harness the healing power of the brain, nervous system, and body to help people heal. Our individual worlds are better as we heal, and our collective world is better as more and more people find the courage to heal.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Northern Colorado in 1995 and a master’s in social work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1999. I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner, and a Certified Master Social Worker.
