ABOUT ELLIE
To me, psychotherapy is a multidimensional practice. For over 25 years, I have believed that the word “healing” best describes what I hope to create space for and how I aim to guide each client. Partnership and collaboration are vital to both you and I learning what is right for you. There is wisdom within you, the truth of your ever-evolving life, and choices available at all times. Through our work together, you will learn skills and tools to support your neurophysiology and understand the pace of therapy that is right for you.
CRM is a multidimensional model for healing attachment wounds and traumas. Through our work together, you will learn skills and tools to support your neurophysiology and understand the pace of therapy that is right for you. These skills include:
- Resource Development: This involves identifying and strengthening internal and external resources that you can draw upon during challenging times.
- Somatic Awareness: You are guided to tune into their bodily sensations, allowing them to process emotions and experiences stored in the body, which can facilitate healing.
- Guided Imagery: This technique uses visualization to help you access deeper parts of yourself, explore memories, and create new, supportive narratives.
- Emotional Regulation Skills: Clients learn specific strategies to manage emotional responses, helping them navigate distressing feelings in a healthier way.
By integrating these techniques, CRM fosters a more secure space for you to explore your experiences and cultivate healing.
