ABOUT LINDSAY

I am a licensed independent mental health practitioner, independent contractor, and partner at The Attachment and Trauma Center of Nebraska. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Nebraska and have been providing therapy for over 20 years.

Each of us has a history that brings us to where we are today; we cannot change what has happened to us, but we can learn ways to minimize the impact and take back our power. I have found my passion in helping people to stop feeling stuck in a rut. We can get caught up doing the same thing every day hoping for different results. Have you found yourself impulsively saying or doing things that you wish you could take back? Do you turn to food, substances, or shopping to deal with your life? Are stress and worrying making it difficult to accomplish even the simplest goals? If you are struggling with low self-esteem, or life seems hopeless, I am ready to help.

With training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Brainspotting (BSP), I utilize a strengths-based and holistic approach that can help you change how you think, feel, and react. As you discover what is getting in your way and keeping you stuck, I will help you find the solutions to radically change your life.

No matter what life experiences may bring you through the door, I will treat you with compassion and understanding and create a safe place for you to begin building the life that you want to live.

Peace begins with a smile.
