ABOUT SHERRY
People come to therapy for many reasons—stress, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves or others. As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), I work with adults and couples to navigate these experiences with intention and care.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices to support both immediate concerns and deeper healing. Together, we explore what’s working, what’s not, and what might help you move forward in a way that feels more aligned and sustainable.
Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself, your values, and the people who matter most. If you’re considering therapy or simply curious about what it might look like, I welcome you to reach out. I know the first step isn’t always easy, and I’m here to meet you where you are.
